All appointments are booked through our online booking system.

Services over $100 may incur a $30 booking fee. Services under $100 may require a 50% deposit. This comes off your total at checkout and secures your appointment under our booking and cancellation policy.

Booking fees and deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a new appointment when at least 48 hours' notice is given.

The balance of your service is payable in person on the day. We take cash, credit card and gift vouchers, and Afterpay is available in store and online.

By booking, you agree to our current cancellation policy and the terms in this book.

You are responsible for making any changes to your own appointment through the online booking system, at least 48 hours before your appointment time.

Arrive at your scheduled time. Please don't arrive early.

Arrive mascara-free with no eye makeup, ready to begin. A $10 charge applies if makeup needs to be removed, as this takes time and product.

Let us know if you're wearing lash extensions applied elsewhere. These may need to be removed, which takes time, so your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.

Some treatments require a consent form to be filled out before your appointment.

Please come alone. Bringing children, family, friends or pets can compromise your safety, and arriving with company without approval may mean your appointment is rescheduled and our cancellation policy applies.

Avoid coffee and energy drinks before your appointment. You'll be lying still for a while, and bathroom breaks eat into lashing time. Less time means fewer lashes.

If you arrive late, we may not be able to extend your appointment time.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and our cancellation policy will apply.

Please be on time, out of respect for your artist and the clients booked after you.

We require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment forfeit your deposit, and you will be invoiced up to 50% of the service cost.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, or not showing up without notice, will be charged 100% of the service cost.

We understand illness and emergencies happen, but to protect our business the cancellation policy still applies.

Changing to a lower-value or shorter treatment within 48 hours will be charged at the rate of your original appointment.

We can't answer the phone while we're with clients. Please text us, or message us on Instagram or Facebook.

Infills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to keep your lashes full as your natural lashes shed and regrow.

To qualify for an infill, you need at least 30% of your lashes remaining. If you can count them, it's probably a full set. Fewer than this will be charged as a new set.

Infills are charged at a flat rate, regardless of how many weeks have passed.

We don't infill sets that are more than 4 weeks old. These have grown out too far for a cohesive look, so they will be removed and a new set applied at new set pricing.

Infills of lashes applied at other salons are welcome, but please let us know in advance. After assessment, they may need to be removed and a new set applied.

Thou shalt keep thy lashes dry for the first 24 hours.

Thou shalt cleanse thy lashes daily with a lash-safe foaming cleanser.

Thou shalt brush thy lashes gently every morning.

Thou shalt not use oil-based products around thine eyes.

Thou shalt not wear mascara on thy extensions.

Thou shalt not use lash curlers.

Thou shalt not rub, pick or pull at thy lashes.

Thou shalt avoid steam, saunas and heavy sweating for the first 24 hours.

Thou shalt sleep on thy back where thou canst.

Thou shalt return for thy infill every 2–3 weeks.

Our regular hours are shown on our booking system. Anything outside these hours is after hours.

All after-hours and emergency appointments incur a $50 surcharge.

To request a time you can't see online, please contact us.

We do not offer cash refunds for services. No exceptions.

If you're unhappy with your service, contact us within 48 hours of your appointment and we'll book you in to resolve the issue or remove the extensions. One week later is too late, as lashes naturally shed during this time.

Many factors outside our control affect how long extensions last. Aftercare is vital.

Removing mascara just before your appointment can affect how long your set lasts. Please come with no makeup on the day.

Watering eyes during your treatment can also affect retention. These factors are not necessarily the fault of your lash artist, and while we work to avoid them, results can't be guaranteed.

Classic extensions are applied one extension to one natural lash. If your natural lashes are sparse, a volume look can't be achieved with a classic set, and a classic set will not look like a volume set.

Allergies and skin sensitivities are rare, and your safety and care are our priority.

We use high-quality professional products and follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols.

Please tell us about any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions or medications before your appointment, so we can check whether a treatment is suitable.
