+ ​Please arrive at the correct time of your scheduled appointment. Do not arrive early.

​+ Arrive mascara-free with no eye make up on and ready to begin treatment. There will be a $10 charge for clients who arrive wearing eye makeup as removal takes time and product.

+ Please advise if you are currently wearing eyelash extensions applied elsewhere as these may need to be removed and this takes time. Your appointment time may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.

+ ​New clients may complete consultation/consent forms prior to certain treatments online. If you are under 16, a parent may need to sign the consent and waiver forms.

+ Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment, distractions can compromise your safety. If you arrive with a child, family member, friend or pet without approval your appointment may be rescheduled and our cancellation policy will apply. 

​+ Please avoid drinking coffee and energy drinks prior to your appointment. You will be lying down for a long period of time, the stimulant can make you uncomfortable and bathroom breaks eats into valuable lashing time. Less time equals less lashes.

If you arrive late we may not be able to extend your appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we will have to reschedule and you will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy. Out of respect and consideration for your eyelash technician and other clients, please do your best to be on time.



You are responsible for making changes and edits to your own appointment before 48 HOURS of your booking time. We understand last minute emergencies pop up. However, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know so we can make every attempt to fill the space. We cannot answer the phone while with clients, please text or message via Instagram or Facebook.

Rescheduling/Cancellations less than 48 hours from appointment time or clients who no show without notice will forgo their deposit or be charged/invoiced.
48 HOURS NOTICE is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Your deposit will be forfeit within this time and will be invoiced the balance up to 50% of the service cost before 24hrs. If cancelled after 24hrs, or you fail to show without notice, then you will be charged 100% of the service cost. We understand sickness and unforeseen circumstances happen, however to protect our business the cancellation policy still applies.
Amendments to your appointment to a treatment of lower value/less time within the 48 hour period will be charged at the rate of the existing appointment. 



Please note ALL after hours appointments / emergency appointments incur a $50 surcharge dependant on request. Regular hours displayed on the booking system. Anything outside of this is deemed after hours. Please contact us if you would like to request an appointment time that is not seen on our system.



We DO NOT offer cash refunds for services, no exceptions. If you are unsatisfied with your service we will do our best to make sure you are happy with your lashes within 48 hrs of your appointment. You will be required to make contact and book an appointment to either resolve the issue or remove the extensions within this time frame. 1 week later is too late as lashes can naturally shed within this time.
Please understand there are so many external factors that affect the retention of the extensions, AFTERCARE IS VITAL. 
Mascara removal immediately prior to your appointment can affect the longevity of your set. It strongly advised to come to your appointment with no face makeup applied same day.
If you experience watering eyes throughout your treatment this also can affect lash retention. It is important to understand these factors may not be the fault of your lash artist and while we can work to avoid such issues it is not guaranteed.
Please be aware of the limitations your natural lashes have as Classic extensions is a 1:1 ratio and if your natural lashes are sparse a "volume" look cannot be achieved. Managing expectations is important, if you have paid for a Classic set, it will not look like a Volume set.




Skin sensitivities and allergies are rare, your safety and care are of our utmost concern. We use the highest quality products and have sanitation protocols in place. Lash Religion is not liable for reaction due to our products.
