Lash Rehab Program
Six weeks to bring your natural lashes back.
Have extensions, picking, curlers, illness or just life left your lashes struggling? They can come back. Our Lash Rehab Program is a gentle, six-week reset that nurtures your natural lashes back to health.
We finish with a lash lift and tint, so you walk out with lashes you love and a clear plan for what's next.

Who it's for
If your natural lashes are thin, patchy, short or brittle, this program is for you. These are the reasons we see most often.
After extensions
Coming from a set elsewhere that's left your lashes thin, gappy or weak. It happens, and it's fixable.
Picking or pulling
Lashes that have been picked, pulled or rubbed out, from a habit, anxiety or taking a set off at home.
Chemo + medical treatment
Lashes regrowing after chemotherapy or other treatments that affect hair growth.
Stress, hormones + surgery
Big life events, illness, surgery and hormonal changes can all slow growth or cause extra shedding.
Curlers + makeup habits
Lash curlers, waterproof mascara and rubbing makeup off can leave lashes brittle and broken.
Irritation + allergies
Sensitivity or reactions around the eyes that need a gentle, calm approach while lashes recover.
The natural lash
Your natural lash, explained
Every lash grows in its own cycle: it grows, rests, then sheds and is replaced. A full cycle takes around two to three months, so your lashes are always at different stages. That's why a healthy lash line looks naturally uneven, and why recovery takes a little patience.
Extensions done well shouldn't harm your natural lashes. When lashes do get damaged, it usually comes down to a few things, and knowing them helps you look after your lashes from here.
- WeightEach natural lash can only comfortably carry so much. Extensions that are too long or heavy for the lash underneath can strain it and cause it to fall early.
- IsolationEach extension should sit on one natural lash only. When lashes are stuck together, they can't shed on their own schedule and get pulled out as they grow.
- AdhesiveA little goes a long way. Too much can leave lashes stiff and heavy, and is more likely to cause irritation.
- RemovalPicking or pulling extensions off takes the natural lash with them. Having a set removed professionally keeps your lashes intact.
- Care between treatmentsDaily cleansing, gentle brushing and a good serum help lashes stay strong between appointments.
The program
How it works
Six weeks, one simple daily ritual, and a finishing treatment to show off the results.
-
Start
Your starting point
We look at your natural lashes together, talk through what's happened to them and set you up with your serum and home-care routine.

-
Week 6

We finish with a lash lift and tint to lift, curl and define your lashes, so you can see how far they've come.

About lash extensionsYour questions
How long until I see results?
Everyone's lashes are different. Results build over time with daily use, which is why the program runs for six weeks. Consistency is everything.
Is the serum safe?
Our Multi-Peptide Lash Serum is hormone-free, prostaglandin-free, fragrance-free, oil-free, vegan and cruelty-free.
I've had chemo. Can I do the program?
We'd love to help. Please check with your doctor or oncology team before starting any lash treatment, and let us know where you're at so we can look after you properly.
Can I keep my extensions on?
The serum is safe to use with extensions, but this program is about giving your natural lashes a rest, so it works best on bare lashes. We'll talk it through with you before you start.
I have sensitive eyes or allergies. Is it suitable?
Let us know about any sensitivities, allergies or eye conditions before you start, so we can check the program is right for you.
