TREATMENT
LASH EXTENSIONS
Individual extensions applied one by one to your natural lashes, customised to your eye shape and the look you want, from soft and natural to full drama.
Treatment facts
What is it?
Eyelash extensions are single strands of lash, curved to look like a natural eyelash, that are carefully bonded to your own lashes one at a time. They lengthen and thicken your lashes so you wake up ready.
Classic is one extension per natural lash. Hybrid blends classic with volume fans. Volume uses lightweight handmade fans for a fuller, fluffier look.
How it's done
You lie back with your eyes closed the whole time. Your lower lashes are taped down, then each natural lash is isolated and an extension is attached to it. Most clients find it so relaxing they fall asleep.
We take an artisan approach and won't rush you. We design the right level of Light, Dark or Drama to balance your natural lash count.
Appointment time
Between 1–2 hours for full sets and infills, depending on the level of your artist. Express sets and infills take 1 hour.
How long it lasts
Three to six weeks with good aftercare. Infills are recommended every 2–3 weeks as your natural lashes shed and regrow.
Before your appointment
- Arrive with clean lashes and no mascara or eye makeup
- Skip coffee and energy drinks beforehand so you can relax and keep your eyes still
- Remove contact lenses, or bring your case
- Let us know about any allergies, eye conditions or extensions applied elsewhere
Aftercare
- Keep lashes dry for the first 24 hours
- Cleanse daily with a lash-safe foaming cleanser
- Brush through gently every morning
- Avoid oil-based products around the eyes
- No mascara, lash curlers, rubbing or picking

What's the difference between Classic, Hybrid and Volume?
Classic gives a natural, mascara-like look and depends on how many natural lashes you have. Volume uses fans of ultra-fine lashes for a fuller, softer, fluffier result. Hybrid sits in the middle. Not sure? We'll help you choose at your consultation.
How long will my appointment take?
Between 1–2 hours, depending on the level of your artist. Short on time? Book a 1 HR Express set or infill.
What is an infill and when will I need one?
An infill is a 'top-up' that replaces extensions lost as your natural lashes shed. Think of it like infills for acrylic nails. Most clients come back every 2–3 weeks.
You'll need at least 30% of your lashes remaining to qualify for an infill. If you can count them, it's probably a full set.
Why do I lose some of my lashes?
It's totally normal. Your natural lashes shed every 60–90 days as new ones grow in, and the extension comes off with the natural lash. Regular infills keep your look consistent.
Will extensions damage my natural lashes?
Not when they're applied properly by a trained technician using quality products, and you follow your aftercare. Damage usually comes from cheap 'walk-in' services using heavy extensions, harsh adhesive and little training. Quality isn't cheap, and your eyesight is priceless.
Are allergies common?
Allergic reactions do happen but they're rare. If you react, there are often changes we can make to your application or aftercare. Eye irritation from not cleansing properly is far more common. Always tell us about allergies at your consultation.
Can I still wear mascara?
You won't need it, and we advise against it. For a night that really calls for it, use a water-based mascara on the tips only, and cleanse thoroughly afterwards to avoid build-up.
Can I use a lash growth serum with extensions?
Yes, but some growth products contain ingredients that speed up your lash growth and shedding cycle, so we can't guarantee how your extensions will hold. Talk to us first and we'll point you to an extension-safe option.

TREATMENT
LASH LIFT
Lifts and curls your natural lashes from the root, so they look longer and more open without extensions or mascara.
Treatment facts
What is it?
A semi-permanent treatment that reshapes your own lashes into a lifted curl. It's usually finished with a tint for a darker, more defined look. Low maintenance and perfect if you love your natural lashes.
How it's done
Your lashes are set onto a soft silicone shield sized to your eye, then a lifting solution and a setting solution are applied in stages. A tint and nourishing treatment finish the service. Your eyes stay closed the whole time.
Appointment time
Approx. 1 hour.
How long it lasts
Around 8–12 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle.
Before your appointment
- Arrive with clean lashes and no mascara or eye makeup

- Let us know if you've had a lift, perm or tint in the last 6 weeks

- Keep lashes dry and avoid steam for 24 hours
- No mascara for 24 hours

Lash lift or lash extensions?
A lift works with what you've got: it curls and darkens your own lashes for a natural, polished look with almost zero upkeep. Extensions add length and fullness you don't naturally have. If you want low maintenance, go the lift. If you want more drama, go extensions.
Will it work on short or straight lashes?
Yes, a lift often makes the biggest difference on straight or downward-pointing lashes. Very short lashes can be harder to lift, so we'll check yours and give you an honest answer at your appointment.
Does it hurt?
No. You may feel a little cool or tingly, but it shouldn't sting. Let us know straight away if anything feels uncomfortable.
Can I wear mascara after a lift?
Yes, after the first 24 hours. Most clients find they don't need it, but if you do, use a gentle formula and remove it carefully.
Is it safe for my lashes?
When done by a trained technician and spaced at least 8 weeks apart, yes. We finish with a nourishing treatment to keep your lashes conditioned.

TREATMENT
BROW DESIGN
Brows shaped to suit your face, with tint and stain options to define and fill.
Treatment facts
What is it?
A custom brow service combining mapping, shaping and tint or stain, designed around your natural brows and face shape.
How it's done
We map your brows to your features and remove unwanted hair, then finish with either a tint or a stain.
Brow tint colours the brow hairs only. It adds depth and definition to the hair you already have, for a soft, natural finish.
Brow stain colours the hairs and the skin underneath. It fills in sparse or patchy areas and gives a fuller, more defined, shaded look, like a filled-in brow without the makeup.
Not sure which suits you? We'll talk you through it at your appointment. Book your brow appointment
Appointment time
Approx. 15–30 minutes.
How long it lasts
Shape lasts around 3–5 weeks. Tint lasts 2–4 weeks on the hair. Stain lasts several days to around two weeks on the skin, and longer on the hair.
Before your appointment
- Let your brows grow out between appointments so we have more to work with
- Avoid exfoliating or retinol products around the brows for 48 hours beforehand
- Arrive with no brow makeup if you can
Aftercare
- Avoid washing, sweating or makeup on the brows for 24 hours
- Avoid sun, sunbeds and exfoliating around the brows for 24 hours

Tint or stain, which should I choose?
If your brows are already fairly full and you just want more definition, go tint. If you have gaps, sparse areas or want that filled-in makeup look, go stain. We'll recommend what suits you best on the day.
I'm growing my brows out. Should I still come in?
Yes. We'll only tidy what needs it and help guide the shape while they grow, so the in-between stage looks intentional rather than messy.
Will the stain look too dark at first?
Stain can look bolder on day one and softens over the first few days. We'll choose a shade that suits your colouring and hair.
How often should I book?
Every 3–5 weeks keeps your shape crisp and your colour fresh.

TREATMENT
LAMINATION
Brow lamination sets your brow hairs in place for a full, brushed-up look that lasts for weeks.
Treatment facts
What is it?
A semi-permanent treatment that relaxes and resets brow hairs so they sit in the shape and direction you want. Ideal for unruly, sparse or downward-growing brows, or anyone who wants that fluffy, brushed-up finish without brow gel.
How it's done
A lifting solution softens the brow hairs, which are brushed into shape and then set with a neutralising solution. It's usually finished with a tidy and tint, plus a nourishing treatment.
Appointment time
Approx. 45–60 minutes.
How long it lasts
Around 4–6 weeks.
Before your appointment
- Avoid exfoliating or retinol products around the brows for 48 hours beforehand
- Arrive with no brow makeup
- Let us know if you've had a lamination, tint or skin treatment in the area recently
Aftercare
- Keep brows dry for 24 hours
- Avoid makeup, steam and heavy sweating for 24 hours
- Brush your brows into shape daily
- Use a nourishing brow oil or serum after the first 24 hours
How much does it cost?
- Brow Lamination $95
- Lamination + Shape + Tint $105
- Lamination + Shape + Stain $115
- Lash Lift + Brow Lamination Combo $199
Prices can change. Our booking page always shows the latest.
See live prices & bookYou might be wondering4 questions
Will lamination make my brows look fuller?
Yes. Brushing the hairs up and out makes your brows look thicker and covers sparse spots, even though you have the same number of hairs.
Is it suitable for thin brows?
It can help, especially if your hairs are long enough to brush into place. If your brows are very sparse, a stain may suit you better, or we can combine the two.
Can I style them a different way after?
For the first few weeks they'll want to sit in the set shape, but you can brush them softer or flatter with a little brow gel.
Will it damage my brows?
Not when done properly and spaced 6 weeks or more apart. Using a brow oil or serum keeps the hairs healthy and soft.
TREATMENT
FACIAL WAXING
Smooth, tidy results for the lip and chin, using a gentle wax suited to delicate facial skin.
Treatment facts
What is it?
Removal of unwanted facial hair from the root using wax. We offer lip and chin waxing, on their own or together.
How it's done
Your skin is cleansed and prepped, wax is applied and removed in small sections, then a soothing product is applied to calm the skin. Quick, clean and done.
Appointment time
Approx. 15 minutes.
How long it lasts
Around 3–5 weeks. With regular waxing, regrowth can become finer over time.
Before your appointment
- Let the hair grow to around 2–5 mm (roughly two weeks' growth)
- Stop retinol and exfoliating acids on the area for at least 3–5 days beforehand
- Let us know if you use prescription skin treatments such as isotretinoin, as waxing may not be suitable
Aftercare
- Avoid makeup on the area for 12–24 hours
- Avoid sun, sunbeds, saunas and heat for 24 hours
- Don't touch, pick or exfoliate the area for 48 hours
- Keep the skin clean and use a gentle, fragrance-free moisturiser
How much does it cost?
- Lip Wax $29
- Chin Wax $29
- Lip + Chin Wax $35
- Natural Face Package, brows + lash tint + lip and chin $99
Prices can change. Our booking page always shows the latest.

Does it hurt?
There's a quick sting as the wax comes off, but it's over in seconds. It usually gets easier the more regularly you wax.
Will I go red afterwards?
A little redness is normal and usually settles within an hour or two. If you have an event, book a day or two before.
Will the hair grow back thicker?
No, that's a myth. Waxing removes hair from the root, so regrowth is often finer and softer over time.
Can I wax if I'm using retinol or skin treatments?
Retinol, exfoliating acids and some prescription treatments make skin more fragile and likely to lift. Pause them beforehand and tell us what you're using so we can keep your skin safe.

What should I wear during the tan?
Whatever you're comfortable in. Most people wear dark underwear, a bikini or disposable briefs. Just remember anything you wear may leave a line.
Will it look orange or streaky?
Not when it's matched to your skin tone and you prep properly. Exfoliating beforehand and moisturising after are the secret to an even tan that fades nicely.
When should I book before an event?
One to two days before is ideal. That gives the colour time to develop and settle, with plenty of glow left on the day.
Will it come off on my clothes or sheets?
The bronzer guide colour can transfer before your first rinse, so wear loose dark clothing and use old sheets that night. Once you've rinsed, it's set.
Can I spray tan while pregnant?
Many people do, but please check with your midwife or doctor first and let us know when you book.

Will it make my teeth sensitive?
Some people feel mild sensitivity for a day or so. Using a sensitive toothpaste before and after helps. Let us know if you already have sensitive teeth.
Will it whiten crowns, veneers or fillings?
No. Whitening only works on natural tooth enamel, so crowns, veneers and fillings will stay their current shade.
How white will my teeth go?
Everyone's teeth respond differently. Surface stains usually lift well, and you'll see a visible difference after one session.
Who isn't suitable?
Whitening isn't recommended if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, or have untreated decay, gum issues or very sensitive teeth. If in doubt, check with your dentist first.
